Aggie takes a sip of the water and quickly shakes her head. What she wants is something...richer than water. Warm. Hot. Pulsing–

Almost knocking over the glass, Aggie squeaks with the realization that what she wants is blood. The second realization chases that as Aggie reaches out with her powers to move the glass and nothing happens.
